Cách sử dụng USB 3G tiết kiệm hơn

Nhu cầu sử dụng USB 3G để kết nối Internet (không dây) đã trở nên phổ biến và việc phải sử dụng như thế nào cho thật hiệu quả và giảm bớt chi phí lưu lượng sử dụng là vấn đề mà mọi người cần quan tâm.
Sau đây là 1 vài mẹo nhỏ khi sử dụng USB 3G:
* Bước 1: Bạn nên sử dụng trình duyệt Firefox để có thể sử dụng các tiện ích Add-On và tốc độ lướt web nhanh hơn. Những add-on này bao gồm:
Flashblock: giúp chặn các flash trên web (thường là các flash quảng cáo) điều này sẽ giảm đáng kể lưu lượng MB sử dụng của bạn, tốc độ truy cập web sẽ nhanh hơn đáng kể. Nhưng nếu bạn cần xem flash đó bạn chỉ việc click chuột vào nó thì có thể xem bình thường.
Stop Autoplay: lại là tiện ích cực kì hữu hiệu khi một số trang web, blog,… sử dụng nhạc nền, phim (trình chiếu tự động). Các bài hát cứ liên tục phát và hàng nghìn KB lưu lượng bị lãng phí. Add On này giúp ngăn chặn điều đó.
Click nút Options (tùy chỉnh chức năng) sau đó bạn có thể Add thêm các định dạng Audio, Video mà bạn muốn chặn.

* Nếu bạn muốn tắt chức năng của các Add On trên thì bạn vào Menu->Tools->Add-ons

Chọn Add On cần vô hiệu hóa Click vào Disable.

Bước 2: Sử dụng phần mềm Network Traffic Monitor để kiểm tra tốc độ, giới hạn lưu lượng Download / Upload. Cực kì hiệu quả với những ai sử dụng thêu bao trả sau, vì mỗi khi sử dụng lưu lượng vượt quá định mức mà bạn đã cài đặt thì chương trình sẽ hiện cảnh báo.

1.Giao diện sử dụng chương trình và các chức năng

- Adapter description: Tên card mạng mà bạn dùng để kết nối Internet.
- MAC Address: Địa chỉ vật lý của máy.
- Speed: tốc độ tối đa mà bạn đang sử dụng.
- IN (download): Tốc độ tải về, gồm có traffic/sec (tốc độ đường truyền), peak/sec (tốc độ cao nhất), average/sec (tốc độ trung bình), total (tổng dung lượng download).
- OUT (upload): Tốc độ tải lên
- Since: Chương trình bắt đầu được kích hoạt từ:
- Total in+out: Tổng dung lượng bạn đã sử dụng cho việc download và upload.
2. Click vào biểu tượng cạnh dấu hỏi để thiết lập cấu hình

+ The reset point is: Thiết lập này giúp phần mềm thống kê lại dung lượng theo thời gian bạn quy định.
+ Never (Không bao giờ), Daily (hàng ngày), Monthly (hàng tháng) và chọn ngày Reset. Sau đó bấm “Reset counters”->OK . Chương trình sẽ tính lại lưu lượng từ đầu khi tới đúng ngày mà bạn đã Set.
+ Limit: Giúp bạn giới hạn lưu lượng sử dụng(mà bạn đã cài đặt trước) đó nó sẽ cảnh báo.
Lưu ý: để chương trình có thể chạy, khởi động cùng Windows bạn phải copy Shortcut và paste vào Start->All Programs->Startup.
Nếu bạn chọn:
Distinct Limit IN , OUT Giới hạn riêng số lưu lượng nhận và gửi.
Total Limit: Giới hạn chung cho IN, OUT. Bạn chỉ việc điền lưu lượng cần giới hạn vào(đơn vị tính bằng GB).
No alert: không cảnh báo.
Alert Before ( % ): Cảnh báo trước khi đến mức giới hạn theo % bạn giới hạn.
Log file: Chọn nơi lưu lại thông tin về lưu lượng sử dụng, ngày giờ. Click vào Enable Log file: đế nó có hiệu lực.

Tẩy trắng răng bằng vỏ chuối

Dùng vỏ chuối để làm trắng răng thì rất an toàn, hiệu quả và hơn nữa là dễ tìm và rẻ như… bèo.

Để tẩy trắng răng bằng vỏ chuối thì cần đánh răng bình thường bằng các loại kem đánh răng thông thường, sau đó dùng mặt trong của vỏ chuối (phải là vỏ của chuối chín thì mới chứa hàm lượng cao chất potassium) chà nhẹ nhàng vào răng độ 2 phút, các khoáng chất có trong vỏ chuối chín sẽ thấm vào bề mặt răng và làm sáng răng. Cũng có thể làm ngược lại là chà vỏ chuối vào răng trước rồi đánh răng lại bằng các loại kem đánh răng thông thường. Thực hiện thêm một lần nữa vào buổi tối trước giờ ngủ. Nếu nhiều cao răng thì thời gian chà vỏ chuối vào răng cần lâu hơn.

Hãy thử áp dụng phương cách này 2 lần/ngày để có một nụ cười bắt mắt.

Hiện nay có rất nhiều diễn đàn bị Local Attack và dẫn đến hiện tượng down forum rất nhiều . Bài hướng dẫn này không hoàn toàn có thể giúp các bạn chống được Local Attack mà chỉ hạn chế được phần nào. Nguyên nhân bị Local do những sai lầm chết người của các Admin, ngay cả VNMagic cũng mắc sai lầm rất đáng trách .

CHMOD sai, Forum của VNMagic CHMOD file conf_global. khong chap nhan php là 666 do đó dễ dàng bị Edit file và lỗi này được TQN khai thác liên tục mà Kingasawa không hề sửa đổi . Bản thân thư mục CHMOD la 755 do đó trên Server Linux, Config ko kỹ thì toàn bộ cấu trúc Folder và nội dung File đều có thể View được.
Cấu trúc Forum ko có nhiều sửa đổi so với bản gốc nên attacker có thể dễ dành đoán biết vị trí các file quan trọng cần để lấy thông tin .
Các thông tin quan trọng không hề được mã hóa .(cái này thì hạn chế một chút )
Các thông tin quan trọng và các Action can thiệp đến CSDL ko được bảo vệ bởi các firewall Thực ra Local Attack có thể làm được rất nhiều thứ nguy hiểm hơn và khả năng chống cự là không thể nếu như bạn ko Zendcode và không có một Server tốt (có thể chống được Remview, CGI Telnet==> đây là hai công cụ Local rất tốt, chưa kể đến SSH Local nếu có Shell) Do đây là bài viết về bảo mật vả lại cũng ko muốn phổ biến kỹ thuật Hack nguy hiểm này nên tôi chỉ trình bày sơ qua các nguyên nhân dẫn đến tình trạng bị Local Attack rất phổ biến hiện nay ở VN .

Từ các phân tích trên có một số khuyến nghị tôi xin đưa ra để mọi người khắc phục :

Mã hóa thông tin, các bạn có thể mã hóa thông tin lại và việc này sẽ vô hiệu hóa được việc các thông tin quan trọng của bạn bị đánh cắp .

CHMOD cho đúng, các bước sau đây rất quan trọng để bạn chống Local nên đề nghị các bạn chú ý thực hiện cho đúng :

CHMOD thư mục Public_html thành 710 thay vì 750 mặc định việc này sẽ giúp bạn bảo vệ được cấu trúc Website của mình.
CHMOD thư mục là 701 và cố gắng đừng bao giờ CHMOD 777, có một số folder ko quan trọng, bạn có thể CHMOD 755 để có thể hiện thị đúng và đầy đủ một số nội dung trong Folder đó .
CHMOD tập tin config của site thành 444 thay vì 644 thường dùng, điều này chống hacker local và view source của tập tin này

Chú ý thế này, một số Server hỗ trợ CHMOD thư mục được 101, nếu Server của bạn hỗ trợ cái này thì hãy sử dụng nó, vì biện pháp CHMOD này rất an toàn, đến ngay cả Owner cũng ko thể xem được cấu trúc Folder ngay cả khi vào FTP. Hiện Server của chúng tôi là hỗ trợ cái này

CHMOD File là 604 và nhớ rằng đừng bao giờ để là 666 nếu có việc cần 666 thì bạn CHMOD tạm để sử dụng lúc đó, sau đó hãy CHMOD lại ngay. Đối với các Server hỗ trợ CHMOD file 404 bạn hãy CHMOD như vậy, ví dụ Server chúng tôi

Thay đổi cấu trúc, tên file mặc định có chứa các thông tin quan trọng . Nếu có thể hãy thay đổi cả cấu trúc CSDL nếu bạn làm được .

Thiết lập các tường lửa truy cập Admin mà ko sử dụng đến CSDL, mã hóa User/Pass thì càng tốt, ngoài ra có hệ thống kiểm tra tác vụ của MOD, Admin ... nếu quyền hạn xác nhận mới được thực hiện (cái này Matrix sử dụng rất thành công) .

Rượu tỏi phòng và chữa bệnh

Ai Cập tuy là một nước nghèo, khí hậu khắc nghiệt nhưng người dân lại khỏe mạnh và sống lâu. Tổ chức Y tế Thế giới đã điều tra và phát hiện, mỗi gia đình ở Ai Cập đều có một hũ rượu ngâm tỏi và đây có thể là lời giải thích cho hiện tượng trên.

Y học cổ truyền nhiều quốc gia, trong đó có Việt Nam, đã dùng tỏi vào điều trị nhiều loại bệnh có kết quả tốt. Theo Đông y, tỏi vị cay, tính ôn, hơi độc, vào hai kinh can và vị, tác dụng thanh nhiệt, giải độc, sát trùng, trừ phong, thông khiếu, tiêu nhọt, tiêu đờm...

Rượu tỏi có thể chữa được 4 nhóm bệnh: xương khớp (viêm đau khớp, vôi hóa các khớp, mỏi xương khớp), hô hấp (viêm họng, viêm phế quản, hen phế quản), tim mạch (huyết áp cao, huyết áp thấp, xơ mỡ động mạch), tiêu hóa (ợ chua, khó tiêu, viêm loét dạ dày - tá tràng).

Năm 1983, các nhà nghiên cứu Nhật Bản lại thông báo bổ sung thêm 2 nhóm bệnh nữa là bệnh trĩ và tiểu đường. Họ nhận xét đây là loại thuốc có hiệu quả chữa bệnh cao, không gây phản ứng phụ.

Cách bào chế rượu tỏi: Tỏi khô (đã bóc bỏ vỏ) 40 g đem thái nhỏ, cho vào chai ngâm với 100 ml rượu trắng 40-45 độ, thỉnh thoảng lại lắc chai rượu, dần dần rượu chuyển từ màu trắng sang màu vàng, đến ngày thứ 10 thì chuyển sang màu nghệ và uống được. Mỗi ngày dùng 2 lần, sáng uống 40 giọt (tương đương một thìa cà phê) trước khi ăn; tối uống 40 giọt trước khi ngủ.

Uống khoảng 20 ngày thì hết, bởi vậy cứ sau 10 ngày lại ngâm tiếp, để ngày nào cũng có rượu tỏi dùng. Uống liên tục suốt đời với một lượng rượu rất nhỏ như thế, người kiêng rượu hoặc không uống được rượu vẫn dùng được.

Tỏi có khả năng giúp cơ thể phòng ngừa được ung thư, đó là điều nhiều nhà khoa học đã thừa nhận; song có điều trị được ung thư khi nó đã phát triển thành khối u hay không thì chưa chứng minh được, còn cần nghiên cứu tiếp.

Tỏi có nhiều hữu ích, đó là điều rõ ràng. Tuy nhiên đã là thuốc thì phải tính đến liều lượng thích hợp (thuốc dùng liều quá cao cũng có hại) và các phản ứng phụ, không nên lạm dụng. Dùng tỏi quá nhiều có thể gây hơi thở hôi, rối loạn dạ dày - ruột, ức chế tuyến giáp...

Bởi vậy, chỉ nên áp dụng bài thuốc rượu tỏi với liều lượng mà WHO đã dày công nghiên cứu và phổ biến. Với liều lượng ấy là có tác dụng phòng và chữa được nhiều bệnh, với cách dùng an toàn có thể dùng hằng ngày một cách lâu dài.

Chữa viêm xoang bằng cây hoa cứt lợn

Tuy có cái tên khó nghe và cũng không phải "của hiếm" nhưng cây cứt lợn lại là vị thuốc quý trong điều trị viêm xoang. Loại cây này có tác dụng chống viêm, chống phù nề, dị ứng trong cả đợt cấp và mạn tính.

Ở Việt Nam, viêm mũi xoang gặp ở 15-20% dân số. Bệnh khởi phát dưới ảnh hưởng của khí hậu, môi trường, độ ẩm, điều kiện sống, sinh hoạt, sự mẫn cảm của cơ địa... và rất hay tái phát. Việc điều trị thường kéo dài 3-6 tháng, thậm chí có người phải điều trị nhiều năm liên tục với những thuốc Tây y đắt tiền. Mỗi đợt thuốc có thể tốn hàng triệu đồng khiến nhiều bệnh nhân không "theo" được.

Cứt lợn là một loại cây nhỏ, thân nhiều lông mềm, cao chừng 25-50 cm, mọc hoang ở khắp nơi, nhiều nhất là nông thôn. Hoa nhỏ màu tím, xanh. Cây phát triển rất dễ ở mọi loại đất, có những nơi mọc khắp cánh đồng. Người ta hái toàn cây, cắt bỏ rễ, dùng tươi hay khô. Cây cứt lợn có hàm lượng tinh dầu cao. Các thí nghiệm trên động vật cho thấy nó có tác dụng chống viêm, chống phù nề, chống dị ứng trong cả đợt cấp và mạn tính.

Cách sử dụng: Chọn lấy cây tươi về ngâm rửa sạch rồi để ráo, giã nát, vắt lấy nước tẩm vào bông. Dùng bông này nhét vào lỗ mũi bên đau khoảng 15-20 phút. Rút bông ra để dịch mủ từ trong xoang và mũi giải phóng ra ngoài rồi xì nhẹ nhàng. Tránh xì mũi mạnh vì lúc đó, mủ từ trong mũi xoang có thể đi qua đường nối thông giữa mũi và tai (gọi là vòi nhĩ) gây viêm tai giữa cấp.

Hiện nay đã có một số thuốc chiết xuất từ cây cứt lợn, bào chế dưới dạng dung dịch nhỏ mũi, rất thuận tiện cho người sử dụng. Tuy nhiên, bệnh nhân nên tham khảo ý kiến của các bác sĩ tai mũi họng để có chẩn đoán chính xác (loại trừ trước các khối u mũi xoang) và hướng dẫn cách theo dõi khi tự dùng thuốc ở nhà.
